As of March 1, 2026, our standard session fee has increased from $220 to $235.This update reflects the recommended fee increase outlined by the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta, which came into effect in January 2025, and helps ensure our fees remain aligned with provincial guidelines.
We offer complimentary 15-minute consultations by phone or video. This initial session is a chance for you to share what you’d like to focus on in counselling, while we introduce ourselves and explain our approach. It’s also an opportunity to ask any questions and go over practical details such as scheduling and fees.
In person Counselling
Our office is located in the Sunalta, SW neighbourhood of Calgary, AB (#304, 1725 10 Ave SW). There is free 2 hr street parking and we are a 2 minute walk from the Sunalta train station.
Online Counselling
One hour before your scheduled session you will be emailed a link to access the session through the Jane platform.
