As of March 1, 2026, our standard session fee has increased from $220 to $235.This update reflects the recommended fee increase outlined by the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta, which came into effect in January 2025, and helps ensure our fees remain aligned with provincial guidelines.
We offer free 15-minute consults by phone or video. A consult is an opportunity to share what you want to work on in counselling as well as for us to share a bit about ourselves and how we work. It's also a good time to ask any questions you may have and review logistical items (e.g., schedules and fees).

In person Counselling
Our office is located in the Sunalta, SW neighbourhood of Calgary, AB (#304, 1725 10 Ave SW). There is free 2 hr street parking and we are a 2 minute walk from the Sunalta train station.
Online Counselling
One hour before your scheduled session you will be emailed a link to access the session through the Jane platform.
